The company "Findiplom" connects authors or articles (copywriters) and clients requesting high-quality content. The company needed to automate the process of communication between authors and customer, integrate the orders with their CRM/ERP solution based on MSSQL and control the order and payment status in real time.

Solution

This client area allows to manage the relationships between clients and authors. It helps customers to place orders to authors, monitor the implementation of their orders and email authors with questions and comments. The web application is built on top of several systems (Bitrix, BlueWhale Framework) and is integrated to CRM/ERP system called "Azimut" to work remotely with MSSQL database. Laravel framework was used to create the system with various improvements::

order management
authors and user management
access control policy
detailed information for each order
allows authors to send an request to the manager indicating the rate and timing of the works
assign author to the project
possibility for customers to view the status and progress of the project
real-time communication between the client and the author
API for automated addition of the client in CRM with the email notification
control of customer payments with "Yandex.Kassa" payment gate integration
